Elizabeth serves her clients in corporate transactional matters and business litigation matters including contracts, bankruptcy, commercial law and litigation, foreclosure, debtor/creditor law, loan modification agreements, and commercial leasing.
Elizabeth utilizes her International Masters in Business by analyzing legal issues from a business perspective. Within the commercial arena, Elizabeth regularly represents local and regional banks, small businesses, lenders, and investors. Elizabeth has facilitated presentations to assist clients with changes to state and federal regulations, including compliance with financial regulations as enacted by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Elizabeth has served as a panelist at the United States Family Network (USFN) banking conference in Austin, Texas and has spoken several times for the South Carolina Bankruptcy Lawyers Association
Elizabeth is active with the Charleston County Bar and serves as a member of the CLE committee. She has been recognized as a rising young attorney in South Carolina. Elizabeth also volunteers for the Cinderella Project, which is a program that helps underprivileged women in the community.
