Harriet Wallace represents lenders and other creditors in litigation, workouts and transactions.
Having a background in commercial transactions, she is able to negotiate and draft loan workout documents, including loan modifications, forbearance agreements and general settlement documents. Harriet also represents creditors in all areas of special asset litigation, including cases involving lien priority disputes, complex title issues, and foreclosure of mortgages and UCCs.
Harriet also represents creditors in other creditor rights’ litigation such as bankruptcies, including adversary proceedings. As a licensed title agent, Harriet is frequently retained to analyze and cure complex title issues, and to represent clients in commercial transactions, including SBA loan closings. Harriet is always responsive and accessible to her clients.
