Posted On Jun 20, 2017

Turner Padget Graham & Laney P.A. is pleased to announce that, for the sixth consecutive year, Reginald “Reggie” Belcher has been included in Human Resource Executive Magazine’s list of 40 “Up and Comers” in the annual ranking of “The Nation’s Most Powerful Employment Attorneys.”  Belcher was the only attorney selected from either North Carolina or South Carolina.

The complete 2017 list, which Human Resource Executive publishes in conjunction with Lawdragon, is available at www.hreonline.com.

Belcher defends private and public-sector employers in state and federal courts, including class and collective actions, and before governmental agencies. He conducts human resources audits and writes employee handbooks, affirmative action plans, employment contracts, and trade secret and non-compete agreements. Belcher advises and trains managers on workplace compliance issues involving wage and hour laws, equal employment opportunity, union avoidance, and labor relations.

This most powerful employment attorneys list involves an extensive selection process handled jointly by Human Resource Executive, which goes out to more than 75,000 top-ranking human resource executives, and Lawdragon, the Los-Angeles-based networking site used by more than 300,000 leading lawyers and judges throughout the United States. Lawyers who earn exemplary marks from clients, peers, colleagues and judges are awarded the distinction of inclusion on the list.

Turner Padget’s nationally recognized Workplace Law Group provides practical counsel to businesses across the state. From risk management and workers’ compensation, to labor and employment counseling and litigation, the firm’s attorneys provide South Carolina employers with a complete range of services to manage their most valuable assets, their workforce.
