Wilson Jackson’s practice is focused on personal injury and insurance litigation matters.
Wilson received his undergraduate degree from The Citadel and earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina, School of Law. While in law school, he served as a law clerk for the South Carolina House of Representatives, Committee on Labor Commerce and Industry, where he assisted staff attorneys in researching new insurance legislation. Additionally, he competed on the 2017 National Moot Court team and was a member of the South Carolina Journal of International Law and Business.
After graduating law school, he served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable Michael G. Nettles, Resident Judge and Chief Administrative Judge for Common Pleas for South Carolina’s Twelfth Judicial Circuit. He later served as a judicial clerk for The Honorable D. Garrison Hill of the South Carolina Court of Appeals. These experiences allowed him the opportunity to draft orders and opinions for a variety of civil and criminal matters.
As an attorney, Wilson believes the practice of law requires dedicated preparation and being personally present. His work ethic and attention to detail allows him to achieve the results his clients want.
