Zack Jarrett practices exclusively in the field of workers’ compensation. Zack advises and defends a range of insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and employers all across South Carolina.
He has defended hundreds of workers’ compensation claims in the state of South Carolina, and is experienced at every level of the workers’ compensation claim handling process. Prior to joining Turner Padget, Zack practiced in the field of workers’ compensation defense at a large regional law firm representing a wide range of employers and insurance carriers.
While Zack has years of experience handling a wide range of workers’ compensation claims, he realizes that each claim is unique. Zack takes a hands-on approach and believes that it is important to be available to both the employer and the insurance carrier during each step of the claim handling process.
Zack is a lifelong resident of Charleston, SC, where he still resides with his wife and two children. He takes pride in representing local employers and national corporations throughout the workers’ compensation process. Zack is a member of the South Carolina Bar and the Charleston County Bar. He was named to the Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch list in 2020 and 2021 in the field of Workers’ Compensation – Defense.
