Hunter A. Morgan
AssociateHunter Morgan is an associate with the Firm’s professional liability practice group.
He counsels and defends health care professionals and health care institutions, along with skilled-nursing facilities and other managed care organizations, in cases of alleged negligence, medical malpractice, wrongful death, and premises liability throughout the State of South Carolina. He has also represented medical professionals in disciplinary matters before professional licensing boards.
Hunter’s practice originates from his appreciation of our health care professionals and his recognition of the frustration and disconcertion litigation can bring to his clients. Because of that appreciation and recognition, Hunter works diligently, efficiently, and practically to advocate for his clients’ treatment methods and approaches to medicine.
Prior to being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 2020, Hunter attended the University of South Carolina School of Law where he graduated cum laude and was a member of the editorial board of the American Bar Association’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Journal. Originally from Richmond, Virginia, Hunter graduated with distinction from the Virginia Military Institute, where he played on the Men’s Soccer team and currently serves as a Class Agent.
