Brian Hubacher is a litigator who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of civil matters across South Carolina. His practice includes personal injury, wrongful death, construction defects, property line disputes, and defamation, as well as probate and trust litigation. Brian also advises clients on estate planning matters, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents, giving him a comprehensive perspective on issues that often overlap between litigation and long-term planning.
Brian approaches each matter with a practical, solutions-oriented mindset, guiding clients from early case assessment through resolution with a focus on clarity, efficiency, and strategic outcomes. His experience across both litigation and estate planning enables him to deliver well-rounded counsel tailored to each client’s objectives.
Prior to joining Turner Padget, Brian practiced with both a boutique estate planning firm and a large regional defense firm, where he handled a broad array of complex legal matters.
Brian earned his undergraduate degrees in Microbiology and Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. He received his Juris Doctor from Campbell University School of Law, where he served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Robert N. Hunter, Jr. of the North Carolina Court of Appeals.
Active in the community, Brian serves on the Board of Directors and Governance Committee for the Lowcountry Food Bank Foundation, which stewards a multi-million dollar endowment fund and supports efforts to serve more than 200,000 individuals across ten coastal South Carolina counties.
