David Moore is a litigation veteran with over 35 years of experience and greater than one hundred trials to jury verdict. He has handled matters in both state and federal court in South Carolina, at both the trial and appellate level.
His practice consists of representing clients through their insurance carrier as well as based upon individual retention. Although he has developed an expertise in matters involving premises, construction, contract, insurance, automobiles, product, professional liability, among others, he also consults with clients in order that they can develop a plan of avoiding litigation through risk management techniques.
These techniques allow the client to avoid or minimize litigation costs and exposure by shifting and reducing hazard exposure through appropriate insurance, contractual and management techniques which have the added benefit of making a business operate more efficiently and productively. Because David has a long and varied experience in litigation, he is uniquely qualified to recognize the hazards and risk which a client should undertake to avoid or minimize the possibility of litigation. However, where litigation is unavoidable, David will be in a better position to represent the client not only due to his long experience but also because he has developed a risk management program with the client, thereby enabling that client to be better defended.
David lives with his daughter Carrie in Traveler's rest. South Carolina. A great lover of animals, he spends a great deal of his free time playing and caring for his numerous dogs and cats (separately).
