Nickisha Woodward is a skilled litigator who defends the interests of clients large and small in personal injury, construction, premises and product liability matters.

Additionally, she counsels clients on coverage issues and bad faith matters. Nickisha represents well-known large national market leaders and international corporations. Her litigation experience includes all types of litigation to include trucking, construction and homeowner’s association and employment wage matters. Previously, Nickisha organized training and professional development while serving as the firm’s Associate Liaison. Currently, Nickisha serves as the firm’s Client Service and Development Leader for the Insurance and Liability Litigation Group.

Nickisha prides herself on being responsive as well as meeting and exceeding the needs of her clients in every aspect. She is readily accessible, detail oriented and effectively provides her clients with the information they need to evaluate the scope and risk of their claims. Nickisha recognizes that not every matter calls for the same resolution and provides the best resolution to meet her client’s needs. By understanding the needs of the client, she is able to assess and evaluate the claims effectively and efficiently.

Prior to practice, Nickisha worked as an associate accountant for a Fortune 500 Company, which has enabled her to use her business acumen while representing the interests of individuals, businesses and insurance carriers.

  • Successfully tried numerous automobile accidents, premises liability and other negligence lawsuits to verdict as the lead attorney in state court throughout South Carolina.
  • Successfully represented trucking companies, general contractors, subcontractors and product manufacturers in product liability claims.
