Nickisha Woodward is a skilled litigator who defends the interests of clients large and small in personal injury, construction, premises and product liability matters.
Additionally, she counsels clients on coverage issues and bad faith matters. Nickisha represents well-known large national market leaders and international corporations. Her litigation experience includes all types of litigation to include trucking, construction and homeowner’s association and employment wage matters. Previously, Nickisha organized training and professional development while serving as the firm’s Associate Liaison. Currently, Nickisha serves as the firm’s Client Service and Development Leader for the Insurance and Liability Litigation Group.

Nickisha recognizes that not every matter calls for the same resolution and provides the best resolution to meet her client’s needs. Prior to practice, Nickisha worked as an associate accountant for a Fortune 500 Company, which has enabled her to use her business acumen while representing the interests of individuals, businesses and insurance carriers.
