William "Billy" Horvath defends individuals and businesses in both state and federal court in all phases of litigation in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, construction defects, and commercial disputes.
Billy’s diverse legal background, strong work ethic, and attention to detail allow him to efficiently handle a wide-variety of cases. Billy received his undergraduate and law degree from Valparaiso University. While in law school, he served as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Andrew P. Rodovich of the Northern District of Indiana and for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana. He also served as an extern with the Indiana State Public Defender’s Office and as the Executive Managing Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review.
Following law school, Billy practiced law in Indianapolis, Indiana where he defended individuals and both small and large companies in a wide-range of civil matters. Thereafter, Billy became licensed in South Carolina and joined Turner Padget’s litigation team.
