William "Billy" Horvath defends individuals and businesses in both state and federal court in all phases of litigation in cases involving personal injury, wrongful death, automobile accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, construction defects, and commercial disputes. He has tried roughly twenty cases to verdict as lead counsel with favorable results, including many defense verdicts and verdicts well under the last settlement offers.Billy’s diverse legal background, strong work ethic, and attention to detail allow him to efficiently handle a wide-variety of cases. Billy received his undergraduate and law degree from Valparaiso University. While in law school, he served as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Andrew P. Rodovich of the Northern District of Indiana and for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Indiana. He also served as an extern with the Indiana State Public Defender’s Office and as the Executive Managing Editor of the Valparaiso University Law Review.
