Turner Padget is pleased to announce that shareholder Hannah Stetson has been named to South Carolina Lawyers Weekly’s Influential Women of Law 2026 list of honorees.
Based in the firm’s Columbia office, Hannah maintains a dynamic practice focused on employment law and professional license defense. She represents employers and management in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), the South Carolina Human Affairs Commission (SCHAC), and the South Carolina Department of Employment and Workforce (DEW). In addition to her litigation practice, Hannah provides proactive counseling to help employers develop policies and training programs aimed at mitigating risk and preventing disputes.
Hannah also serves on the firm’s statewide professional license defense team, representing clients in high-stakes disciplinary proceedings before boards regulated by the South Carolina Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation. Her practice further includes general business and commercial litigation, including the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants.
Licensed in both South Carolina and North Carolina, Hannah advises clients across the region with a strategic, results-driven approach grounded in thorough preparation and practical insight.
