Turner Padget Graham & Laney, P.A. announces the expansion of its Business Litigation and Probate Litigation practices with the addition of Florence-based associate Emily A. Jordan. Her arrival supports the firm’s commitment to providing quality counsel to clients, as well as the strategic growth of Turner Padget’s five South Carolina offices in 2016.

“As companies across the state turn to us with their litigation needs, we are in need of talented lawyers like Emily to deepen our bench,” said C. Pierce Campbell, a shareholder and leader of Turner Padget’s Business Litigation practice. “She also brings the skills and experience that will boost our Probate Litigation practice. We continue to seek hard-working, collaborative lawyers with proven results who want to serve as our clients’ trusted business partners in emerging areas of the law.”

Jordan earned her undergraduate degree from College of Charleston and her law degree from Charleston School of Law. Before joining Turner Padget, she practiced at an estate planning and probate law firm in Charleston.
