Reggie Belcher Recognized as Distinguished Attorney

Columbia, S.C. April 20, 2026 - We are pleased to announce that Reggie Belcher has been recognized by South Carolina Lawyers Weekly in its annual list of distinguished attorneys.

Reggie is certified as a Specialist in Employment and Labor Law by the South Carolina Supreme Court and serves as Turner Padget’s Practice Group Manager for its Workplace Litigation Team, which includes attorneys practicing in labor and employment law, workers’ compensation, and professional liability and licensing.

In his practice, Reggie represents management in employment litigation involving discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as matters concerning the enforcement of non-compete agreements, trade secrets, and other restrictive covenants. He also advises and defends clients in traditional labor relations matters, including responding to union organizing efforts, defending unfair labor practice charges, and collective bargaining.
